On March 18, Professor Markus Freiburghaus, executive dean of business school of Northwestern University of Applied Science and Technology(FHNW), visited Wuchang University of Technology(WUT). Mrs. Lv huayan, vice President of Guangxin science and education group, Professor Peng Yuanjie, Chairman of WUT and other leaders warmly received the guests.

 Professor Liu Xiaolu, Director of international cooperation and exchange department of WUT chaired the meeting. Vice president Lv welcomed the arrival of professor Markus and introduced the historical development and basic situation of Guangxin Science and Education Group. Chairman Peng introduced the general situation of WUT and the opening up of the school. He sid WUT hoped to establish cooperation and exchange relationship with FHNW.

Professor Markus expressed his gratitude to WUT for its warm reception and appreciated its achievements in international cooperation and exchanges. He gave a comprehensive introduction of the history and major of FHNW, hoping to find common ground for cooperation and promote educational exchanges between the two universities through this visit. During the talks, the two sides also had in-depth discussions on the cooperation in teaching and research, exchanges between teachers and students, and cooperative school-running projects between the two universities. Professor Xu Hongyi, dean of business school of WUT, and professor Du Hongyan, director of scientific research department, attended the meeting.
