“Through visiting and listening to the introduction, we deeply fell that Wuchang University of Technology (WUT）has profound cultural heritage and fruitful results!”On the morning of March 18, headed by Secretary Zhang Aiguo, more than 10 officials from Jingmen Municipal Party Committee visited WUT to discuss cooperation between Jingmen city and WUT. They highly praised WUT's school-running and talent training achievements, hoped to jointly promote mutual cooperation、project investment、and service for the local economic and social development.

On the morning of 18, Secretary Zhang, accompanied by Zhao Zuobin, president of WUT, visited the intelligent laboratories of Information Engineering School. After listening to the introduction and on-site experience of the robot laboratory、the numerical control technology simulation laboratory、the 3D printing laboratory、and the VR technology laboratory, etc., they gave high praise to WUT's operating conditions. Subsequently, Secretary Zhang and his entourages visited the Exhibition Hall of Caliber-oriented Education to Success. Under the explanation of the lecturers, they visited the professional caliber exhibition area、 the innovation caliber exhibition area、 and the successful alumni exhibition area. Secretary Zhang watched the students' operations of the bionic hexapod robot and the plane model aircraft with interest, highly praised the school's achievements in talent training.

On behalf of the Jingmen Municipal Party Committee、the Municipal Government and the 3 million Jingmen citizens, Secretary Zhang expressed his gratitude to WUT for its long-term contribution to the development of Jingmen City. He said that through the visit and listening to the introduction, he was deeply inspired and felt the profound cultural heritage and the fruitful achievements of of WUT. The concept of Caliber-oriented Education to Success was impressive and cultivated a large number of high-quality talents for the country.
