Professor Marcus, Executive Vice Dean of Business School, the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland FHNW Visited Wuchang University of Technology
On March 18th, Prof. Markus Freiburghaus, executive vice dean of business school, the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland FHNW, visited Wuchang University of Technology(WUT) and received warm welcome by Professor Peng Yuanjie, Chairman of WUT.
During the talks, the two sides conducted in-depth discussions on teaching and research cooperation, teacher-student exchanges, and cooperative school-running projects between the two universities.
In the afternoon, professor Markus delivered an academic lecture titled "Shared Value -- A New Strategic Thinking Mode" in room 212, International Department. More than 80 students from home and abroad attended the lecture.
During the visit, professor Markus also visited the laboratories of Information Engineering School and Wuhan Hualong Biological Pharmaceutical co., LTD., etc. He spoke highly of the Hubei Internship Training Base jointly built by WUT and Hualong. He said that WUT and FHNW both attached importance to the combination of production、study and research、students' practical activities as well as application-oriented talents. It is believed that the cooperation and exchange between the two universities will have a broad prospect. He hoped WUT and FHNW can deepen mutual understanding and sign a cooperation and exchange framework agreement.
